The smallest boat to circumnavigate was Serga Testa's Acroc Austrailis at 11'-10". Alessandro did his circumnavigation in a much larger boat at 21'. Alessandro did a non stop circumnavigation. Non stop in a 21' is quite a feat however it is not the smallest to circumnavigate, quite a big difference.
